ONDAS provides a number of drop-in movement classes. Instructors are dedicated to safe and mindful movement, and provide a supportive environment for all experience levels. While the rates listed are for visitors, our members get a discount on each of these classes.

Join Aki’Mat Yoga alternating Wednesdays for Gentle Yoga. Led by Tamika Chambers (200 hr. RYT Anti-Racist Raja yoga instructor ,85 hr. RPYT (Register Prenatal Yoga Teacher), Certified Yoga for All Instructor, Yin, Mental health awareness advocate), whose purpose is to advocate for mental health through self-care with yoga. Tamika will guide you to the space of restoration & freedom within yourself.

Parkour, function and applied movement, as taught by Instructor Jherich has its roots in l’art du deplacement. The concept comes from France and focuses movement and community. Our goal so to grow stronger as a group while having a good time. We learn ways to overcome and adapt to the environment through practical movements. Beginner friendly. This class usually meets once a month, but check in for the current month’s dates. Drop in $15.
