ONDAS provides a number of drop-in movement classes. Instructors are dedicated to safe and mindful movement, and provide a supportive environment for all experience levels. All classes require pre-registration, using the button below:

Gentle Stretch & Strength. This 55-min class will use props like the slings, resistance straps and exercise balls to gently challenge you to stretch for greater mobility, and engage your core and grip strength for better balance and lift! Limit 6 per class, so register early!

Our new classes at Ondas Community are up and running! A 55-minute Gentle Strength and Stretch class using the Aerial Hammocks as a primary prop to work on core strength, functional mobility, and to gain confidence with the apparatus.

Parkour, function and applied movement, as taught by Instructor Jherich has its roots in l’art du deplacement. The concept comes from France and focuses movement and community. Our goal so to grow stronger as a group while having a good time. We learn ways to overcome and adapt to the environment through practical movements. Beginner friendly. This class usually meets once a month, but check in for the current month’s dates. Drop in $15.

Acro-Yoga, or partner yoga, is all about timing and communication, and often realizing that you are capable of so much more than you thought! Check back for our next class or jam!
