New to Capoeira Regional? Coming back after a long break?

We ask that all new adults schedule a private or semi-private Intro Class before joining our group classes.

This 45 minute class, scheduled at your convience, offers an introduction to the history and philosophy of the school, as well as basic vocabulary and movement to get you started.

Not only does our intro class give you a foundation to work with once you join our group classes, but it also allows the instructors to meet you where you are at, keeping all of our members safe!

This class is $45, and includes your uniform shirt that is needed for all classes.

More is merrier – bring a friend and use discount code FAM25 for $25 off when you purchase your class pass together.
